Kyle was able to locate the leak and repair the problem. Seems simple, but no... the leak was under the bathtub drain and access was through the closet wall. I was very grateful and will use Apex plumbing again.

Customer called about finding water coming up from the floor in the bedroom. The laundry is on the other side of the wall. I can not see a leak when water is on and the meter is not moving. He still wants leak detection to come check it out. Called recon.
Need to un sweat the rest of the hose bib that’s on the copper pipe. And sweat anew hose bib on.

Customer wanted a new bathroom vent and fan installed, which is not plumbing related more of an electrical hvac kind of thing refered her to a friends company that’s qualified for that kind of remodeling/ electrical work.
Customer called about a leak from the ceiling underneath upstairs bathroom. I ran water in bathroom and could not recreate leak. I will cut open drywall and attempt to locate leak. Opened up small section of drywall ceiling. Ran shower, flushed toilet, ran bathroom sink and ran washing machine. Did not see any leaks.
Will return to replace an install new hose bib just cut piping an added a ball valve for the time being so customer can have water Hose bib cracked from over tightening will need to install new wing l an strap to wall with threaded hose bib to be more stable an built to last will install ball valve so in future customer can turn water off there an service
Customer called to replace leaking angle stop under kitchen sink. -shut down water -remove existing angle stop -install new quarter turn angle stop -turn on water and check for leaks.
Upon arrival checked in with Ivan than proceeded to check in with the store manager Patti. Was told that another company had just left and ordered a part. Called Ivan to see how he wanted me to proceed. He stated to invoice for trip charge and to leave for now. He will call us back if the other company can not resolve the issue.
***80% INVOICE*** Water Re-pipe two bath, kitchen laundry Apex plumbing will connect to the ball valve in the electrical room and run new uponor to all the fixtures in the home. This includes all new quarter turn angle stops and stainless steel supply lines. There is an add on of a coffee maker box, ice maker box and we will install a new laundry box with hammer arrestors. The kitchen has dishwasher, kitchen sink that will be hung from the ceiling, and ice maker box. Laundry room has washroom sink and the tankless water heater steibel 29 plus Hall bathroom has shower with valve and just 1 shower head, toilet and the vanity all staying in there existing location. Master bathroom has toilet, his and her sink moving just a bit and the and the shower is going to have two separate valves both with hand held. Sewer kitchen we will have to replace the copper waste arm with PVC and it is gonna be moving to the new location approx 6 feet from the current location. Laundry we will have to rep
